I just would like to say..

Its not very often u come across good customer service these days but at kawana petstock u have out did yourself. I was served by kellie a few times now. Not only did she help me purchase a huge reptile tank but the items i didn't need she replaced them with items i would need, and when she didn't know some answers to my questions she found someone who would and not only did she find that person it was also her day off and still offered to help me. AMAZING customer service there, a huge thumbs up!!

I would like to make a staff commendation to Kelli who works at the Kawana Waters store in QLD located at Home Central Kawana.

Kelli is well mannered, very pleasant and most helpful with stock requests and has continued to perform in this fashion since commencing at the store.

My experience in the store is a better one for having her there and she should be commended for her outstanding performance and remarkable customer service.
