The small ‘family feel’ team are passionate about pets from all walks of life, and is made up of: Emma (the resident crazy cat lady), Remy (customer service guru and firecracker), Matt (the fish expert and puppy lover) and resident groomer Erica (the heart of gold country girl), who loves nothing more than treating pooches to a shower and shave. Erica’s in store grooming service is available for Tuesday to Friday – bookings are essential. If you would prefer a more ‘hands-on’ dog wash experience, PETstock Balcatta also offers a self-service hydro bath where you can wash, condition, flea rinse and blow dry your furry friend for 10 minutes for only $5!

The team at PETstock Balcatta love nothing more than customers bringing their pets into store for a friendly chat or any advice they may need – we cannot wait to meet them with treats and cuddles on hand! The store stocks a huge range of pet supplies, from fish food, to collars and leads, to antibiotics and even the comfiest beds for your pooch or kitty. PETstock Balcatta trades each day of the week and the small, friendly team are on hand for all your questions, queries and pet problems, and will go out of their way to ensure you and your pet leave happy and satisfied.
