Possible delays to your order
Due to the high volume of parcels in the Australian postal network, Australia Post has advised your order may be impacted with possible delays up to 5– 10 days on top of the expected delivery time.
If your order has exceeded the delayed time frame above, we ask that you lodge an inquiry directly with Australia Post here or get in touch with our friendly Customer Experience Team, where an inquiry will be lodge on your behalf.
We understand that these are uncertain times for all pet parents, and we want to assure you we are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure we get your orders to you and your pets as quickly as possible.

Express Post Delays
Effective 20 April 2020, Australia Post will temporarily suspend:
- the Express Post guarantee of a refund
- replacement envelope or satchel for articles that don’t meet the next business day delivery standard
Express Post is still available
Express Post service will continue to be the fastest postal delivery option for our customers – and these deliveries will continue to be prioritised. They just may not be delivered next business day every time.
The temporary removal of the Express Post guarantee is not intended to impact any right that customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
