I want to buy the same item twice but with different names/words
You will have to add the 2 same items to the cart seperately. Add one to the cart with the words you want for the first item, then change the words and add to cart again for the second item.
What can I print?
Personalised characters are limited to letters A-Z, numbers 0-9, apostrophe, full stops and spaces. Petstock reserves the right to not print anything we consider to be inappropriate or offensive, including swear words.
I haven't received my personalised product
Because of the custom printing process, personalised product can take a little longer to be delivered than usual. Depending on where you live within Australia, please allow up to 7 business days for your product to arrive. If you haven't received your product within this time, and you haven't received a notification from us of a delay, please contact Customer Service on 13 PETS (13 73 87)

Unfortunately, due to the special customization of each design, we are unable to offer a return or exchange for any incorrect spelling, style or size selections entered at the time of the order. Customers are prompted to review their designs thoroughly before proceeding to the checkout.
