When will my order be available for collection?

We'll aim to notify you within three hours, during business hours, that your order is ready for collection.

What does it mean if a product is ‘unavailable' for Click & Collect?

This could be for two reasons:

1. The Click & Collect service may not be available at your selected store just yet.
2. The product may not be available to purchase at your selected store. If an item is unavailable to Click & Collect, you may select a different participating store, or choose to have your purchase delivered to you by our Online Store team instead (delivery fees apply).

Who should I contact if I need to change my order?

Give us a call on 13 PETS (13 7387) and, when prompted, select the Online Store option. We're here to fetch info for you Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5pm AEST.

What do I need to bring with me when I collect my order?

Please bring along a copy of your Ready-to-Collect email/SMS as well as a form of identification, such as your driver's licence.

Can someone else collect my order?

During the checkout process you will have the option of nominating someone else to collect your order. They will need to bring along a copy of your Ready-to-Collect email / SMS as well as a form of identification, such as your driver's licence.

How long are my orders kept for collection?

Click & Collect orders will be kept for seven days, from the day you place your order. After seven days your order will be automatically be cancelled and a full refund will be processed within three days of cancellation. Please note that it may take a further few days for this refund to appear on your credit card or Paypal account.
