Comments: Okay. So I have spent... I'd hate to think the amount of money I've spent on different litter trays over the last 8 years. And yes.. These are a big up front cost for a cat toilet, but worth every.single.penny! These are an absolute godsend. We use clumping litter and it gets NO WHERE! They're super tidy and clean looking. One of my cats use to scratch the wall, now... No more cat smears over the walls. All in the litter tub.

Comments: I did a lot of research on top-entry litter boxes before getting one, as they seemed too good to be true. However, I am so glad I got this box as it has completely changed everything for me and couldn't work more perfectly! TIPS AND ADVICE: When I first brought this home my cats did not take to it. I did everything suggested: put it in the exact same spot as their old one and filled it with some of their old litter etc. This disheartened me as I knew my cats weren't the brightest (they can't figure out litter boxes with flaps) so I was almost certain I'd wasted my money. But after a couple of days, I finally decided to completely get rid of my old one and commit to getting them to use it. I actually placed them each through the hole in the box (separately of course) and sort of held them in there for a bit, not so they were uncomfortable just so they could gently take in their surroundings. After I had done this a couple of times and they really understood that that was where their litter was I was thrilled to watch them hop in themselves. I couldn't believe it! So just in case your cats don't automatically take to it just spend a couple of days getting them familiar with placing them through the top entry yourself, its really a brilliantly designed product.
