We bought this in store on the weekend after comparing this and the sleepypod which are the best crash tested harness. Just for anyone on the fence about spending the money and getting one of these as we were. NRMA have did some testing a few years back and only two harness tested the Purnia Roadie ( which you can no longer buy) and the sleepybod clickt( American made harness retails for $150. Every other harness of the 24 they tested failed with a dummy test at 35km/h 1 . This harness came out after the nrma testing and has been crash tested in Australia , USA and NZ and meets the standards of child restraints. Harnesses with fail this is because at 60km hour stopping your 20kg dog force become that equal to the weight of a cow and plastic buckles break apart. If you don’t think your harness can pick up a cow then it is time to upgrade. We picked this as it Australian designed and once set up it is very easy to get on and off due to the magnet assisted buckle. We bought it in store and the person fit it to our dog and saved us the guess work. If you value the safety of your pet this is a must have product, it is worth every cent to know that your precious cargo is safely restrained.
