Order before 4pm and get the products you love delivered faster than ever before with Petstock Same Day Delivery powered by Doordash.
Same Day Delivery is available for selected products, in selected areas, from participating stores only and is subject to store trading hours, stock availability and delivery capacity.
If you live near an available store you can now get your everyday pet products delivered direct to your door with the help of Doordash.
Step 1: Find your favourite everyday pet products
Shop the store and select your pet's favourite food, toys, treats or medications you need quickly.
Step 2: Check availability in your area
Check whether Same Day Delivery is available for your selected products and delivery address.
Step 3: Add to cart as normal
Add your desired quantity to your cart with “deliver once” selected as your frequency.
Step 4: Select “Same Day” at Cart & Checkout
Your order will be picked and packed by Petstock and delivered by a DoorDash delivery partner to your nominated delivery address.
Step 5: Track your order
A DoorDash driver picks up your order & delivers it to you and your pet.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside Petstock’s reasonable control, including traffic, weather conditions, store demand and delivery driver availability.
Some products may not be eligible for Same Day Delivery, including certain prescription medications, bulky items, refrigerated products or restricted items.
If no person is available to accept delivery, your order may be left in a safe place where appropriate or delivery may be attempted again in accordance with DoorDash delivery procedures.
By selecting Same Day Delivery, you acknowledge that your delivery information may be shared with DoorDash for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
