1. The Petstock Social Media Competition is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over excluding employees of Petstock Group & Woolworths Group including their families. This also includes any other organisation linked to the competition in any way. By entering the Competition, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

2. To enter, eligible entrants must complete the applicable entry requirements below:
   Facebook: Like the giveaway post and share a photo of your pet’s best smile.
   Instagram: Follow the official Petstock Instagram account, like the giveaway post, and tag a friend in the comments.

3. No maximum number of entries! Users can enter as many times as they like.

4. Promotion commences on Friday the 7th of August 2026 and concludes at 10am Melbourne time, Australia, Monday the 10th of August 2026.

5. The Facebook and Instagram prize packages each include a selection of dental and joint care products valued at up to AUD $100, plus an AUD $250 Petstock voucher. Products featured in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and are not guaranteed to be included in the prize package.Petstock’s Social Team will choose the winners based on the conditions of entry. Petstock’s decision is final, and no discussions will be entered into regarding the entries in the competition or the winner.

6. Entering the competition does not guarantee a prize.

7. The winners will be selected by the Petstock Social Team based on the meeting the above criteria.

8. Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform of entry; however, if a Facebook profile is set to private, a comment will be placed on the entrant's post instructing them to initiate contact. Winners will have 48hours to provide relevant details to claim their prize.

9. Petstock accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupt or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

10. The promoter is Petstock Pty Ltd (ABN 80 098 394 588) of 1 Humffray St N, Bakery Hill VIC 3350.

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

12. The Promoter has no control over telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) any costs incurred.

13. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid, and prohibit further participation by an entrant in this Promotion, if the entrant: a) fails to verify their personal details and/or eligibility to enter the Promotion to the Promoter’s satisfaction; b) tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; c) submits an entry which in the Promoter’s opinion is not in accordance with these terms and conditions; d) acts in a disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or e) engages in conduct in entering the Promotion which in the Promoter’s opinion is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. This includes where entrants share receipts or product labels to enter the Promotion or where entrants use multiple names or addresses to register multiple entries.

14. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion does not or is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.

15. The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

16. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.

17. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and may also be used for the purposes specified in the Promoter’s privacy policy. 2. The Unlimited PETwash is limited to one (1) dog per subscription, upon sign up we allocate your subscription against each individual dog’s breed, colour & name.
3. Unlimited PETwash allows for unlimited washes for each subscribed dog, which is renewed every 4 weeks (28 days) from the date of activation.
4. The PETwash service is ‘Do It Yourself’, however at all times Petstock staff are trained to assist, should you need any guidance operating our PETwash facilities.

When will I get my points?

For in-store transactions, points can take up to 14 business days from the date of purchase to be loaded onto your Everyday Rewards Card. For online orders, points can take up to 14 business days from the date of pick up or delivery to be loaded on to your Everyday Rewards Card.

Collect 1 point per $1

You will collect 1 point for every $1 spent in-store & online at Petstock. Excludes services, gift cards, adoption fees, gas bottle sales and refills, freight and business trade account purchases. You will not collect points on any of these exclusions. Points can take up to 14 business days from the date of purchase to be loaded onto your Everyday Rewards Card.

Exclusions
