Canberra Home and Leisure Show – Free Puppy Groom Voucher

• Customer must be a member of Petstock Rewards to redeem their Free Puppy Groom - if not a member, the customer must sign up

1. The Petstock Social Media Competition is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over excluding employees of Petstock Group & Woolworths Group including their families. This also includes any other organisation linked to the competition in any way. By entering the Competition, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
2. To enter the winner must: Complete all three steps on either Facebook or Instagram.
   a. Follow Petstock Australia on your chosen platform.
   b. Like the competition post.
   c. Tag a friend in the comments of the competition post.
3. No maximum number of entries! Users can enter as many times as they like.
4. Promotion begins on Friday 18th September and concludes on the Tuesday 23rd September.
5. The selected winner on Instagram and Facebook will receive a $500 Petstock Voucher each.
   Petstock’s Social Team will choose the winners based on the conditions of entry. Petstock’s decision is final, and no discussions will be entered into regarding the entries in the competition or the winner.
6. Entering the competition does not guarantee a prize.
7. The winners will be selected by the Petstock Social Team based on the meeting the above criteria.
8. The Facebook winner will be contacted on Facebook through a private message. The Instagram winner will be contacted on Instagram through a private message. Winners will have 48hours to provide relevant details to claim their prize.

The Promoter has no control over telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) any costs incurred.
13. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid, and prohibit further participation by an entrant in this Promotion, if the entrant: a) fails to verify their personal details and/or eligibility to enter the Promotion to the Promoter’s satisfaction; b) tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; c) submits an entry which in the Promoter’s opinion is not in accordance with these terms and conditions; d) acts in a disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or e) engages in conduct in entering the Promotion which in the Promoter’s opinion is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion does not or is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
15. The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
16. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.
17. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and may also be used for the purposes specified in the Promoter’s privacy policy.
