Important Update on Pet Cash

Pet Cash Expiry

Effective 1/10/2026

Unless otherwise stated at the time of earning or as part of a specific promotion, Pet Cash will expire three months from the end of the month in which it was earned.

Petstock reserves the right to allocate Pet Cash with custom expiry dates for specific products, services, or promotional campaigns. The specific expiry date or duration will be clearly communicated to the Member at the time of the transaction or within the promotional offer.

Members can track the specific expiry dates for their various Pet Cash balances by:

• Asking a team member in-store.
• Logging into their Petstock Rewards Account online.
• Checking the Petstock App (where available).

Petstock may send reminders regarding upcoming expiry dates via email, SMS, or phone. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure their contact details remain up to date to receive these notifications.

Once Pet Cash reaches its designated expiry date, it will be automatically cancelled and will no longer be available for use.
