1. The Petstock Social Media Competition is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over excluding employees of Petstock Group & Woolworths Group including their families. This also includes any other organisation linked to the competition in any way. By entering the Competition, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

2. To enter the winner must: Eligible entrants must follow or like the official Petstock account like the giveaway post, and either leave a comment (Facebook) or tag a friend (Instagram) to verify their entry.

3. No maximum number of entries! Users can enter as many times as they like.

4. Promotion commences on Friday the 5th of June 2026 and concludes at 9am Melbourne time, Australia, Monday the 8th of June 2026.

5. The Facebook prize package includes a selection of dog products valued at up to $100 and a $150 Petstock voucher, while the Instagram prize package comprises a selection of cat products valued at up to $100 and a $150 Petstock voucher. Petstock’s Social Team will choose the winners based on the conditions of entry. Petstock’s decision is final, and no discussions will be entered into regarding the entries in the competition or the winner.

6. Entering the competition does not guarantee a prize.

7. The winners will be selected by the Petstock Social Team based on the meeting the above criteria.

8. Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform of entry; however, if a Facebook profile is set to private, a comment will be placed on the entrant's post instructing them to initiate contact. Winners will have 48hours to provide relevant details to claim their prize.

9. Petstock accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupt or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

10. The promoter is Petstock Pty Ltd (ABN 80 098 394 588) of 1 Humffray St N, Bakery Hill VIC 3350.

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

12. The Promoter has no control over telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) any costs incurred.

13. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid, and prohibit further participation by an entrant in this Promotion, if the entrant: a) fails to verify their personal details and/or eligibility to enter the Promotion to the Promoter’s satisfaction; b) tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; c) submits an entry which in the Promoter’s opinion is not in accordance with these terms and conditions; d) acts in a disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or e) engages in conduct in entering the Promotion which in the Promoter’s opinion is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. This includes where entrants share receipts or product labels to enter the Promotion or where entrants use multiple names or addresses to register multiple entries.

14. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion does not or is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.

15. The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

16. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.

17. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and may also be used for the purposes specified in the Promoter’s privacy policy. 2. The Unlimited PETwash is limited to one (1) dog per subscription, upon sign up we allocate your subscription against each individual dog’s breed, colour & name.
3. Unlimited PETwash allows for unlimited washes for each subscribed dog, which is renewed every 4 weeks (28 days) from the date of activation.
4. The PETwash service is ‘Do It Yourself’, however at all times Petstock staff are trained to assist, should you need any guidance operating our PETwash facilities.
5. PETwash is limited to use within our store opening hours, Petstock reserve the right to close or alter store opening hours
6. No other discounts/special offers are valid in conjunction with the Unlimited PETwash subscription.
7. To cancel your subscription, you must request this in writing by email to sophie.weller@petstock.com.au.
8. No refund or credit is given for any unused portion of the monthly subscription in the event of early cancellation.
9. Seven (7) days notice must be given for any cancellation.
10. In the event of any pricing, terms and conditions changes, this will be communicated to you in writing by post/email.
11. Your Unlimited Monthly Subscription is taken in advance of services rendered.
12. Price changes will take immediate effect for new customers, and will be applied after 30 days notice to existing customers.
13. Ezidebit charge a dishonour fee of $21.90 in the event insufficient funds are in your account on the date it attempts to take your monthly subscription fee.

Petstock coupons are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or Petstock retailer accounts. Must spend a minimum of $10 to be redeemed and can only be used in a single transaction. Purchases exceeding balance require a different payment method.
