2. To enter the winner must: Eligible entrants must follow the official Petstock account like the giveaway post, and either leave a comment (Facebook) or tag a friend (Instagram) to verify their entry.

3. No maximum number of entries! Users can enter as many times as they like.

4. Promotion begins on Thursday the 2nd of April 2026 and commences at 9am Melbourne time, Australia, Tuesday the 7th of April 2026.

5. The Facebook prize package includes a selection of dog products valued at up to $150 and a $150 Petstock voucher, while the Instagram prize package comprises a selection of cat products valued at up to $150 and a $150 Petstock voucher. Petstock’s Social Team will choose the winners based on the conditions of entry. Petstock’s decision is final, and no discussions will be entered into regarding the entries in the competition or the winner.

6. Entering the competition does not guarantee a prize.

7. The winners will be selected by the Petstock Social Team based on the meeting the above criteria.

8. Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform of entry; however, if a Facebook profile is set to private, a comment will be placed on the entrant's post instructing them to initiate contact. Winners will have 48hours to provide relevant details to claim their prize.

9. Petstock accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupt or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

The Promoter has no control over telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) any costs incurred.

The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid, and prohibit further participation by an entrant in this Promotion, if the entrant: a) fails to verify their personal details and/or eligibility to enter the Promotion to the Promoter’s satisfaction; b) tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; c) submits an entry which in the Promoter’s opinion is not in accordance with these terms and conditions; d) acts in a disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or e) engages in conduct in entering the Promotion which in the Promoter’s opinion is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion does not or is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.

The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

16. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.

1. Eligibility
   The Petstock DIY Dog Wash Giveaway Competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are Petstock members. Employees of Petstock, their families, and any associated organisations are excluded from entry.

3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must:

• Be a current Petstock Member. Participants are limited to one entry per person (defined as one entry per Petstock membership number).

4. Promotion Period
   The competition begins at 4.00 PM AEDT on Wednesday, 11th February 2026, and closes at 9:00 AM AEDT on Wednesday, 18th February 2026.
5. Prizes

• Twenty winners will be chosen from the comments left on the competition specific Facebook post.
• Each winner will receive $10 Pet Cash applied to their Petstock membership account. This $10 can be used on the DIY Dog Wash service and other products.
• Winners will be selected by Petstock's social media team based on compliance with entry conditions. Petstock's decision is final, and no correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered into.
• Entrants are not guaranteed a prize.

6. Winner Notification
   Winners will be contacted privately via direct message on the Facebook. Participants should ensure they are able to receive the message based on their setting and message preferences. They will not be publicly announced. If a winner does not claim their prize by 3:00 PM AEDT on Friday, 20th February 2026, Petstock reserves the right to redraw the prize to another participant.
7. Winner Verification
   Petstock reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to request proof of a participant’s eligibility (including a participant’s identity, age and place of residence). Petstock may, at its sole discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid, and prohibit further participation by an entrant in this promotion, if the entrant: a) fails to verify eligibility to enter the promotion to the Petstock’s satisfaction; b) tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion; c) submits an entry which in Petstock’s opinion is not in accordance with these terms and conditions; d) acts in a disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or e) engages in conduct in entering the promotion which in Petstock’s opinion is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and/or Petstock.
