Petstock VET Rouse Hill

Star qualified as a Vet Nurse in 2011 and has been a part of the Petstock Vet Rouse Hill team since early 2016. During her time with us she has also helped out at our sister clinics in Dural and Gregory Hills, so she may seem like a familiar face to some clients. Star is currently learning AUSLAN to help clients feel more inclusive when they visit our clinic. As an active rev-head on her days off she is usually out riding her motorbikes, drifting at the racetrack or finding new hobbies to keep her busy.

Stephen graduated from the University of Sydney and thereafter worked in mix practice with a variety of animals including small animals, exotics and large animals. He subsequently completed further training in the form a Small Animal Rotating, followed by a Surgical Internship, which grew his advanced diagnostic and surgical skills. He has continued throughout this time to work as an Emergency and Critical Care Veterinarian whilst acquiring his membership in the Australian and New Zealand Veterinary College in Small Animal Surgery. Following his training he has enjoyed providing high level soft tissue and orthopaedic surgical care to his patients in the local area and some travelling from further. With the Rouse Hill veterinary team, Stephen is committed to remaining up to date in providing high level diagnostic and therapeutic veterinary care, all with a smile on his face. You might see him on the soccer pitch over the weekend or spending time with his distinguished white cat, Percy.

Brook has been a member of the Petstock Vet team since the opening of the Rouse Hill store in 2015. Brook is a Cert IV Qualified Vet Nurse. You can find her on reception welcoming in our clients and patients. She lives with her husband and daughter, four chooks and an Australian Mist called Biscuit.

Alisha has been in the Veterinary industry since 2005, completing her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing in 2010. Alisha can be found in surgery or looking after your fur babies while they are in hospital. She is always happy to answer questions about patient care and wellbeing. Alisha enjoys training junior nurses and watching them blossom into awesome nurses!

Bianca has been in the veterinary industry since 2015. She passionate about caring for all species. Having lived on a farm for many years, animals have always been a big part of her life and gave me a deep appreciation for animals of all shapes, sizes and species. Outside of work she enjoys gaming, fishing, crocheting, collecting vinyl records and getting lost in a good book.

Joan-Ray, or Jo for short, is the newest vet nurse addition to our team. She joined us in 2022 as a TAFE work placement student undergoing her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. Following her completion, she was offered the role of Junior Vet Nurse. Whilst she is still learning, her favourite part of the job is running diagnostics in the lab and surgical nursing. At home, Jo has a frisky ginger cat named Ming, who loves to play fetch. In her down time, she loves to play video games, go for long runs and watch anime.

Patricia is a Certificate IV qualified and AVNAT-registered Veterinary Nurse. Prior to joining our Rouse Hill team, she worked as a mobile veterinary nurse with the Petstock Aussie Mobile Vet team. She has particular interests in preventative care for the healthy animals and long term management for senior pets, for which she is always happy to discuss about at-home care, animal nutrition, dental care, parasite prevention with paw-parents. Outside of work, she often enjoys travelling and clicker training her two rescue cats' new tricks.
