Australians have rated Petstock as the top pick in Canstar Blue’s latest pet store ratings, receiving five stars across key categories including checkout experience, product range, website and store layout and presentation, and overall satisfaction.
The 2025 Canstar Blue survey captured the experiences of 1,291 Australians who purchased from a pet store in the past 12 months, helping fellow pet owners discover which brands deliver the best service and shopping experience.
Respondents rated their satisfaction across a range of criteria including value for money, customer service, and ease of shopping both in-store and online. Petstock’s standout performance across multiple areas secured its position as the winner for overall satisfaction.
