Petstock awarded Top Value Physical Pet Store at 2026 Finder Awards

Petstock has been recognised across multiple categories in the 2026 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards. It was the winner of Top Value Physical Pet Store, with a score of 4.03. It also received Highly Commended recognition across its pet stores, rewards program and veterinary services.

Finder’s Customer Satisfaction Awards are based on feedback from Australian consumers about brands they have actually used. For the 2026 awards, more than 50,000 Australians rated brands across measures including value, trust, customer service, brand love and whether they would recommend the brand to others.

Petstock recognised for value, service and trust

Petstock was named the Top Value winner in the Physical Pet Store category, recognising the value customers experience when shopping at Petstock.

Petstock was also Highly Commended as a physical pet store across four further measures:

• Loved Brand
• Quality Service
• Trusted Brand
• Recommended Brand

Together, the results recognise Petstock across several different parts of the customer experience, from value and service to customer trust and recommendation.

Petstock Rewards & Offers highly commended

Petstock was also Highly Commended for Pet Store Rewards & Offers, recognising the Petstock Rewards program.

Finder includes rewards programs as one of the category-specific factors it may ask customers to rate when assessing retailers. Its Customer Satisfaction Awards are based on consumer survey responses rather than commercial partnerships.

Petstock’s veterinary services also received Highly Commended recognition across five areas:

Loved Brand, Trusted Brand, Quality Service, Value and Recommended Brand.

The results recognise Petstock Vet across both practical measures such as service and value and broader customer measures including trust, recommendation and brand sentiment.

Finder calculates individual Customer Satisfaction awards using the relevant survey metric. For example, its Most Trusted recognition is based on consumers' trust ratings, while Most Loved is based on how customers rate their love for a brand.
