1. Browse
Simply shop online and choose your pet's favourite items. Click 'Find a Store' at the top of the page to set your store anytime while browsing.
2. Select
Proceed to the shopping cart and select 'Collect Your Order'. If you haven’t set up your store yet, select it now to view your item availability. If an item is unavailable, adjust your cart or check another store. Once all your items are available, proceed to checkout to confirm your order.
3. Collect
We’ll send you an email in under 15 minutes, as soon as your purchase is ready for collection. Visit us at your convenience to pick up your order during store trading hours.Frequently Asked Questions
