Vetnex Hyaflex Mobility Powder is a joint supplement for dogs and cats. Glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) form the major building blocks of articular cartilage and synovial fluid, the fluid needed for joint lubrication). Healthy cartilage and joint fluid allow normal mobility to keep animals active. As pets age, natural GAG levels decrease, causing gradual joint deterioration and limited mobility.
Vetnex Hyaflex Mobility Powder contains targeted joint nutrition - including hyaluronic acid, glucosamine, chondroitin and New Zealand green lipped mussel. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring GAG found in cartilage and synovial fluid; it functions to help lubricate the joint and absorb shock. Glucosamine assists in forming the building blocks of healthy cartilage. Chondroitin helps stimulate the synthesis of cartilage, reduces joint inflammation, and contains glycosaminoglycan which is used by chondrocytes to make new cartilage. Finally, green lipped mussel is rich in GAGs and omega 3 fatty acids such as EPA and DHA and has been clinically proven to reduce inflammation. This tasty powder has a natural seafood flavour and is easy to combine with dry or wet food.
