Founderguard is a low dose, palatable, pelletised antibiotic which helps protect horses from feed induced laminitis and founder. It is recommended for use on horses on high grain or lush pasture diets, young horses being prepared for sale, horses with seedy toe, white line separation or poor quality hooves, or horses with a history of founder and/or laminitis. It is important to note that laminitis may also be caused through stress, severe infections or concussion; Founderguard will not protect against these non-dietary forms of laminitis and founder. Use only as directed on the label.
