All solutions must be consumed within 24 hours of mixing.
Mixing Rate
To prepare your PROSTART® ELECTROLYTE isotonic solution, mix 1 part powder to 33 parts drinking water. Dissolve 60 g into 2 L of clean warm water (40°C) or 600 g per 20 L or 6 kg per 200 L.
1 heaped measuring cup approximates to 60 g of powder.
Calves & Foals Offer 2 L of PROSTART® ELECTROLYTE isotonic solution per head, 2–3 times per day, for 2–3 days or until hydration is normal.
Lambs, Kids & Crias (Alpaca) Offer 100 mL–200 mL of PROSTART® ELECTROLYTE isotonic solution per head up to 6 times per day for 2–3 days or until hydration is normal.
